What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) per style/color?

We understand the 'Drop' culture. Our standard MOQ is 100 units per color/style. However, for your first collection or core premium items, we can support 50 units to help you test the market, provided we use our in-stock premium fabrics.

Do you specialize in Heavyweight fabrics (400GSM+)?

That’s our bread and butter. We stock 460GSM and 500GSM 100% Cotton French Terry year-round. They have that heavy 'drape' you're looking for. We also have a 300GSM 'Rough' Jersey for that authentic dry-hand feel on tees.

Can you handle "Garment Dye" and "Acid Wash" processes?

We have long-term partnerships with certified wash-houses. Whether it's Acid Wash, Snow Wash, or Vintage Sun-faded effects, we can match your reference photos. We always do a shrinkage test before bulk cutting to ensure the fit remains perfect after dyeing.

What specialized printing techniques do you offer?

Our facility handles 3D Puff Print, Silicone Heat Transfers, and Chenille Patches daily. For high-end details, we offer Distressed Embroidery and Vintage Crackle Prints that age beautifully over time. Tell us your vision, and we’ll choose the right ink.

Do you have experience with "Boxy" and "Oversized" western silhouettes?

No need to explain 'Drop Shoulders' to us. We have a library of Standard US Streetwear Fit patterns ready. We can share our size charts for Boxy Tees and Cropped Hoodies, or we can digitize your physical samples into CAD patterns within 48 hours.

What is your lead time for Prototyping (Sampling)?

We move fast. If we use in-stock fabric, your first proto-sample will be ready in 7 days. If custom dyeing is required, add 5 days. We use FedEx/DHL, so you’ll have the sample on your desk within 3–5 days after it leaves our floor.

Do you provide "Full Package" (FPP) services?

We are a full-service partner. From sourcing custom branded metal hardware (zips/eyelets) to weaving high-definition neck labels and eco-friendly packaging, we handle the entire supply chain. You focus on the design; we handle the mess.

How do you ensure Quality Control (QC) for bulk production?

We follow AQL 2.5 standards. Every garment goes through a 4-stage inspection: Fabric check, In-line sewing check, Post-printing check, and Final trimming/packing. We welcome third-party inspectors like SGS or V-Trust at any time.
